Whitelist Emails from Paessler

If you are subscribed to a mailing list which is treated as spam by mistake, you can exclude its address or add it to a whitelist. The whitelist ensures certain emails are always delivered to your inbox.

Whitelisting for Your Provider

Outlook

1. Select the message you have received from Paessler that you want to add to whitelist
2. Click Home | Junk | Never Block Sender’s Domain
3. A dialog box will open.
4. Click OK.

1. Click Home | Junk | Junk e-mail Options...
2. Open the Safe Senders tab.
3. Click the Add... button.
4. Enter the domain: @paessler.com AND @emails.paessler.com
5. Click the OK button in the Junk Email Options dialog box.

Gmail

1. Click the Settings button on the right.
2. Click the Settings option.
3. Scroll down until you find Create a new filter.
4. Enter an email address: [...]@paessler.com AND [...]@emails.paessler.com
5. Click +
6. Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
7. Click Create a filter to save the changes.

Webmail and GMX

1. Click the configuration Icon Edit Settings.
2. Click Whitelist.
3. Enter the domain: @paessler.com AND @emails.paessler.com
4. Click Save to finish.

Yahoo! Mail

1. Open the email message from Paessler that you want to add to your address book.
2. Click Add to contacts next to the email address: [...]@paessler.com OR [...]@emails.paessler.com
3. In the Add Contact dialog box, add additional information if needed.
4. Click Save to finish.

Hotmail

1. Click the Settings button on the right.
2. Click Options.
3. Scroll down until you find Safe Mailing Lists.
4. Enter the domain in the new window: @paessler.com AND @emails.paessler.com
5. Click Create filter with this search.
6. Click Save to finish.

Yandex

1. Click All Settings | Setting | Message Filters.
2. Add the addresses [...]@paessler.com AND [...]@emails.paessler.com to the whitelist.
3. Click Add.

AOL Mail

1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Enter the addresses [...]@ paessler.com AND [...]@emails.paessler.com and additional information if you wish.
4. Click the Add Contact button in the dialog box to finish.

Zoho

1. Click Settings.
2. Open Mail Settings | Anti-Spam.
3. Click Whitelist.
4. Enter the domain: @paessler.com AND @emails.paessler.com
5. Click Add.

Protonmail

1. Open the Filters tab in the Settings of your account.
2. Select Add New Filter in the Whitelist section.
3. Enter the email addresses: [...]@ paessler.com AND [...]@emails.paessler.com
4. Click Save.
