My email provider classifies emails from the Paessler AG as spam. Because I want to always stay up-to-date and receive IT and PRTG insights, I want to know how to whitelist your emails. How can I whitelist Paessler emails for my provider?

Whitelist Emails from Paessler
If you are subscribed to a mailing list which is treated as spam by mistake, you can exclude its address or add it to a whitelist. The whitelist ensures certain emails are always delivered to your inbox.

Whitelisting for Your Provider
Outlook
- Select the message you have received from Paessler that you want to add to whitelist
- Click Home | Junk | Never Block Sender’s Domain
- A dialog box will open.
- Click OK.

- Click Home | Junk | Junk e-mail Options...
- Open the Safe Senders tab.
- Click the Add... button.
- Enter the domain: @paessler.com AND @emails.paessler.com
- Click the OK button in the Junk Email Options dialog box.
Gmail
- Click the Settings button on the right.
- Click the Settings option.
- Scroll down until you find Create a new filter.
- Enter an email address: [...]@paessler.com AND [...]@emails.paessler.com
- Click +
- Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
- Click Create a filter to save the changes.
Webmail and GMX
- Click the configuration Icon Edit Settings.
- Click Whitelist.
- Enter the domain: @paessler.com AND @emails.paessler.com
- Click Save to finish.
Yahoo! Mail
- Open the email message from Paessler that you want to add to your address book.
