About 2 weeks ago the AD replication errors sensor stopped working.

I see the following in the event log:

Faulting application name: ADSReplFailuresXML.exe, version: 14.1.2.4, time stamp: 0x53282d3e
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.3.9600.18696, time stamp: 0x5915ecd6
Exception code: 0xc0000142
Fault offset: 0x0009d4c2
Faulting process id: 0x1f7c
Faulting application start time: 0x01d3407da826e912
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\Sensor System\ADSReplFailuresXML.exe
Faulting module path: KERNELBASE.dll
Report Id: e5e1b5c8-ac70-11e7-80ff-00155de71404
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:

I can run the EXE manually with the same parameters and it works fine.

Any ideas?
