How to create value related custom map objects?

Votes:

Hi, I have a question regarding to "value related custom map objects" (different to status related map objects).

I basically know how to create custom map objects. Now I want to modify a copy of the \webroot\mapobjects\trafficlight.htm <!--Status Icons: Trafficlight--> in a way, that the circles are not filled depending on the state (status, e.g. "@containsgreen") but depending on a value (percent %) of a sensor if it is between certain values.

E.g.

if 0-19 % then shall be a small white circle.

if 20-39 % then shall be a small light blue circle.

if 40-59 % then shall be a medium dark blue circle.

if 60-79 % then shall be a medium light purple circle.

if 80-99 % then shall be a large dark purple circle.

if 100 % then shall be a large black circle.

Can you help how to adapt the lines within the Trafficlight-Map-Object?

best regards

D.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, that is not possible as the Map Object can't really check the values of a sensor or process them to show different colors. The default color scheme in which warning, error and so on is displayed is linked to the status of the sensors and not the values.

Best regards.
