You might consider enabling the Spike Filter on the channel that's giving the erroneous data.

If you click on the channel, in the channel settings, there is a section called Spike Filter.

Enable it, and you can select the high and low for the channel. Just align it with the maximum interface speed for the interface you are sniffing.
