Hello there,

  • If you want to know the total bandwidth, most device support monitoring via SNMP. Take a look at this video.
  • To get more details like the protocol and IP information, you can take a look at this video.

firt of all, thank you for your reply. what I want to do is to know the throughput of ping between two devices. ie if I ping an ip address from one switch to another, and i want to give me the throughput

Hello Nafoua,

I'm afraid that I'm not sure what you exactly mean with throughput in regards to ping sensors. Do you want to receive the response times of the pings requests, or what are you interested in?
