I will be using your tools to support an FDA regulated environment, and I need to understand the degree of coding documentation and testing that you have done on your products.
Was your software developed using "good coding practices" or another standard?

PRTG does not officially comply to any standards or similar, sorry. In essence, there are no CFR stamps, ISO certificates or similar for our software. We can assure you that the software is developed responsibly. We also test all changes made to the software in order to make sure that new or changed functions are working as intended before we serve them to customers. However, please understand that we can't really disclose how we work in detail.
