Hyper-V Windows Server 2016 BytesPerSec

When using Windows Server 2016 Datacenter to run Hyper-V, you get an error with the Hyper-V Host sensor stating Windows Server 2016 Datacenter does not support BytesPerSec (field)

The "Network Traffic" channel of the Hyper-V Host Server is failing because there most likely isn't a Virtual Switch created in Hyper-V on that particular host.

The sensor reads the traffic from this virtual switch. If it doesn't exist, the sensor will not be able to pull the data.
