PRTG doesn't start after certificate renew

hello, i have updated my certificate as described here https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/283-how-can-i-use-a-trusted-ssl-certificate-with-the-prtg-web-interface#reply-713 then i import the certificate as described here https://www.paessler.com/tools/certificateimporter

Now PRTG doesn't start anymore with error:

Could not start webserver: Failed to start web server with configured IP/port settings (xx.xx.xx.xx:80,xx.xx.xx.xx:443): Could not load root certificate. error:0D078079:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_ITEM_EX_D2I:field missing Tried to start web server for IP xx.xx.xx.xx and port 80/443(SSL) - Failed: Could not load root certificate. error:0D078079:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_ITEM_EX_D2I:field missing ID: -1000

Found some older article with this error, but was not helpful. When i open the files crt, key and rrot.pem with notepad, i found no word ENCRYPTED

How can i fix this, i did exact what described in the KB article and the Importer verification was OK.

regards

certificate importer test

Hi there,

Please forward us the Core Server logs ("C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (System)\") and the used certificate via mail to [email protected]. Please use the Subject line "PAE966121".

Best regards.
