Hello,

After we installed the PRTG, we automatically visualized that the users of my domain were listed to be included in the group.

But I want to use users of my child domain and not my primary domain.

Is there any option for me to define which domain it should fetch users from?

Can my domain users log in to the PRTG?

Thank you.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we only support Parent Domains, no child domains or forest domains. Please make sure that the correct details are entered under "Setup > System Administration > Core & Probes > Active Directory Integration". Please also make sure that you add a valid group under "Setup > System Administration > User Groups".

Best regards.
