Hi there,

Do you want to monitor a SFTP or FTPS Server? Please note that both are entirely different protocols?

Could you try if the connection works from the Core Server by using a FTP-Tool like "WinSCP"?

Best regards.

same problem with latest version 22.3.78.1873. sensor does not work with FTPS via port 990. Filezilla and WinSCP can connect to the FTP server, no firewall restrictions.

In the log of the FTP server (Serv-U) comes the message that the client may have rejected the SSL certificate. This comes from an official CA (Digicert). SFTP Sensor can connect but not FTPS.

I will wait for the next PRTG version and hope that this problem with the FTPS sensor will be fixed.
