SNMP trap sensor not work

We create a snmp trap sensor and trap messages are not received. The server port 162 is open and listening. In addition, we confirm via sniffer that snmp trap messages are arriving on the server. How shall we proceed?

The trap receiving sensor was added directly to the probe.

Hi there,

Could you please share a screenshot of the sensor's settings page as well as of the sniffer which displays the trap? This will help us to see what's going wrong.

The problem was solved. After a long time the trap messages began to be received.
