We want to calculate a AVG uptime report for a perticular server. we are facing this issue is there any scrip for calculate a AVG uptime XML formate !!! Thanks in advance.

Do you either have the SNMP System Uptime or Windows System Uptime sensor deployed on that machine?
If so, you can export an xml report from the sensor's Historic Data tab.
