Falsche Ergebnisse über snmp-Bibliothek nach update

Hallo,

Ich benutze Abfragen mittels selbst erstellter snmp-Bibliotheken für Hardwareüberprüfungen. Unter anderem zum Beispiel: physical device status für 4 Platten Als Ergebnis erhielt ich (vor dem "großen" prtg-update):

svr physical device: 1/svr physical device status: 0 7 0 Ergebnis: hotspareGlobal svr physical device: 1/svr physical device status: 1 8 0 Ergebnis: online svr physical device: 1/svr physical device status: 2 10 0 Ergebnis: online svr physical device: 1/svr physical device status: 3 9 0 Ergebnis: online

Nach dem update auf 17.4.36.3595 erhalte ich für den vor dem update erstellten Sensor das gleiche Ergebnis.

Aber: Wenn ich den Sensor neu erstelle wird automatisch eine Tabelle mit 4 Kanälen erzeugt und als Ergebnis zeigt er mir für alle 4 Platten hotspareGlobal, was definitiv nicht stimmt.

Fehlerhaft sind dementsprechend auch "physical device powerstatus" und "physical device smartstatus".

Gibt es hierzu eine Lösung?

Hallo Günter,

schick uns doch bitte die OIDLIB Datei zu an [email protected]. Im Betreff bitte (Case PAE981360) erwähnen, dann wird das Ticket mit diesem Thread verbunden und wir schauen uns das dann näher an.

Grundsätzlich gab es eine Änderung beim SNMP Bibliothek Sensor, wo nun nicht mehr stur für jeden "Zähler" ein Sensor angelegt wird, sondern Tabellensensoren, wenn es sich um eine Tabelle handelt und bei "Einzelzählern" eine Bündelung von bis zu 10 Werten in einem SNMP Custom Advanced Sensor erfolgt.
