After the update to mentioned version de program stopped working. The services are stopped and can't be restarted. When I try to start the program I get the popup: "getItem: list index out of bounds (%d)" What can I do now to solve this problem?
After update to version 18.1.36.3738 it stopped working

Please use PRTG Administration Tool on the PRTG server to send us logs and enter PAE982978 as ticket id in the form before submitting.

Hi Erhard,
When I try to send the log to you I got the next popup error: ftp: Errorwhile connecting to ftps.support.paessler.com: SSL is not available on this server http: Error while connecting to https://shop.paessler.com: Could not load SSL library.
What can I do to solve that problem?

The last user who had this issue ran PRTG on Windows 2008, maybe that's the case with you as well. If not, please download the latest installer and run it manually once again. In case you still encounter the issue, please contact us by email ([email protected]).
