Prtg version 14 cannot update to new version

I have prtg version 14 and it has license. I want up to version 18 but i can't. Please help me!

Hello Long,

As you have valid maintenance, simply use the auto-update function of PRTG which will install an intermediate version first before continuing with the update to the latest version.

If you encounter any problems, kindly open a support ticket and forward us the last six digits of your license key which allows us to check the current status of your license in our system.
