Connect access points to a switch

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to connect several access points to a switch so that if the switch is down that there is no alert for the access point.

Thank you

You'll need to configure the Ping sensor of the switch as a parent object for...

  • each of the APs
  • or the group where each of the APs is located ...within the Schedules, Dependencies, and Maintenance Window section of the corresponding object. Once the switch is not available anymore (i.e. does not respond to ping requests), the APs will be paused, either directly or via the group.

Kind regards,
