please try to use a self-written script notification in PRTG.

PTF Launcher

If you have an application that can trigger a relay contact, you can setup a notification to launch this application using PTF Launcher.

If you don’t have such an application, I could make an enhancement on PTF Launcher to activate a relay using one of the comports of the machine where the Launcher.exe runs.
