Dear Support Team, I want to monitor a parameter from a DWDM device ,the parameter is "TransTxpower". the value which i want to graph has the unit of "dBm" , like 1.7dBm . to achieve such a value i attempt to create a Custom Snmp String sensor with snmp , but the graph represents numeric data. this is the configuration of the sensor :

OID Value : ......... maximum length of string : 20

colud you please tell me which configuration or which type of sensor should i create to demonstrate the dBm value in graphs?

i would really appreciate it.

Hello,

Thank you for the KB-Post. To allow us a better overview of what is going on, please share the following screenshots of the affected sensor (out of the PRTG AJAX Webinterface): - the "Overview" tab, - the "Log" tab, - the "Settings" tab (multiple screenshots if necessary to cover all options).

best regards.
