Change live graph vertical axis scale

Hi,

I start to use PRTG with custom mib library files. I added new sensor and started to get values. Everything is ok at that time, so I've changed setting for the values coming from that sensor (divide by 10, so for example I get value like 120-130 but now I get 12.0-13.0), but in live graph it still shows 120-130 value. How I can change values in live graph to show the same?

Thank you

Hello Javid,
thank you for your KB-Post and inquiry.

I regret to tell you that this is currently not working out of the box with the SNMP Library sensor in the current PRTG Version.

We hope to fix this with version 18.x.38, which is planned to be released in a couple of weeks.

Until then, as a workaround you could use the SNMP Custom Sensor or SNMP Custom Table sensor, depending on the type of data that you're monitoring.

Best Regards
