Why windows CPU Load <0%(urgent)

Hi Support, I have a problem that our windows CPU Load sensor got a negative data. Some of Processor<0%,it is so wired! Could you explain the reason and what they represent? Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much for your inquiry.

This is unusual, therefore it will be necessary to contact us directly via email at [email protected]. Please also attach a full-screen, non-cropped or resized screenshot of the current sensor's "Overview" tab. This will allow us to see the issue, the used sensor type and PRTG version.
