High CPU Load of "PRTG Server.exe" seit update auf 18.1.38.11934

Hallo Zusammen

Ich habe auf die neuste Version 18.1.38.11934 upgedatet. Nun ist bei mir seit einiger Zeit die CPU Last des Dienstes/Process "PRTG Server.exe" auf >90% und wird nicht kleiner. Vorher war der IMMER unter 50%.

Irgend ne Idee? Wird der vielleicht in weiteren 3-4 Stunden kleiner, bis DB upgedatet oder sonstiges noch gemacht werden muss, dass mehrere Stunden (seit 1h so) dauert?

Hallo Herr Umbricht,

So pauschal lässt sich das leider nicht sagen ohne weitere Informationen über die Installation. Sie könnten jedoch testen ob ein voller Neustart der Kiste Besserung bringt. Bitte deaktivieren Sie auch jeglichen AntiViren Schutz der die Prozesse von PRTG verlangsamen könnte.

Sollte das nicht helfen, wäre es möglich dass Sie ein Ticket im Webinterface eröffnen? Hierzu öffnen Sie bitte den Support-Dialog, im rechten unteren Eck der WebUI "Kontaktieren Sie den Paessler Support".
