Hi there,

Under "Setup > System Administration > Notification Delivery" where you define the SMS-API-URL you use the placeholder "%SMSTEXT". Under "Setup > Account Settings > Notifications" where you define the Notification Content you can use any valid placeholders.

Best regards.

Hi there,

Please make sure that you use PRTGs Placeholders for SMS-Notifications. To get the error text defined in a notification under "Setup > Account Settings > Notifications > MY NOTIFICATION > Send SMS", then please use "%SMSTEXT". In your case the call only sends "Hai PRTG" as a message.

Best regards.
