Can packet loss be used to change Ping sensor alarm condition?

I wan to know if Packet Loss of say above 1% can be used to indicate alarm condition on Ping sensor. Currently, only complete timeout or high latency changes Ping sensor's alarm condition.

Hi there,

Yes, you can set a limit in the channel's settings. To do so, click on channel "Packet Loss" to open its settings. There you can enable limits. In Upper Error Limit enter 1, the sensor will go to error state when packet loss greater than 1% is being measured.

Kind regards,

Erhard

Same here - years of using it. There is so much functionality hidden in the channels you would never know unless you looked. This is a game changer. Going to make a youtube video for others.
