Public map not loading after some time.

I use a public map to view and control my network but have a strange problem.

If I logout from the server "web gui" the public map fails to load entirely after some time (as if the PRTG server was down). If I just open the "login-in screen" from a browser without logging in, the map tries to load but I get a "Map Refresh Failed" in a red box. If I then login to the server, the map loads as normal and refreshes as it should.

It will continue to work as long as I'm logged into the server from a browser, but if I logout the same problem starts again after some time...

I'm running version 18.1.38.11934 on a Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2016.
