Hello there,

Currently no migration is being offered. That is due to underlying differences how things work with the cloud version, the configuration is not fully compatible between on-premise and cloud and vice versa, the required manual effort would be too high.

Kind regards,

Erhard

And from on-premise to cloud? Is that migration supported?

If history data is not a hard demand, but sensor configuration is.

No migration in any direction is offered I'm afraid between on-premise and hosted.

Kind regards,

That's a real pity! Is it on the list? When can we expect that?

We would like to migrate to the cloud. But if this is to be done manually, how can I guarantee that all settings / limits / sensors are migrated? That the monitoring is still complete?

Though we indeed similar requests every now and then, it's currently not on the roadmap. The hosted offering is currently aiming primarily at attracting new customers and less on migrating on-premise customers over to the hosted offering. Also you need to be aware that there are some differences in functionality, some may be be important to you, others maybe not, but there are differences nonetheless.

Kind regards,

Erhard
