How can i monitor port speeds on a cisco switch?

I want to be able to receive alerts if ports certain ports on a switch are set at 100Mbps

Hello there,
we appreciate your contact.

This can be done with our SNMP Custom Table sensor, please have a look at this guide:

There are two OID's from two different Tables you could use, check what's available on your device:

You can deploy the sensor and use lookups or limits to alert whenever the corresponding value represents 100 mbps or less. You could also deploy the sensor once and create a device template, so that you can apply this sensor to any number of devices automatically.
