Custom date range on scheduled Report

Votes:

0

For a Report I'm doing I need to create a Scheduled Report with a Reporting period that doesn't follow the current options of Day/Week/Month/Quarter/Year

The Dates of the required Reports are

Period # - Start - End - Send Date
1 - Jan 01 - Jan 27 - Jan 28 (4 weeks less a day)
2 - Jan 28 - Feb 25 - Feb 25 (4 weeks)
3 - Feb 25 - Mar 31 - Apr 01 (5 weeks)
4 - Apr 01 - Apr 28 - Apr 29 (4 weeks)
5 - Apr 29 - May 26 - May 27 (4 weeks)
6 - May 27 - June 30 - Jul 01 (5 weeks)
7 - Jul 01 - Jul 28 - Jul 29 (4 weeks)
8 - Jul 29 - Aug 25 - Aug 26 (4 weeks)
9 - Aug 26 - Sep 29 - Sep 30 (5 weeks)
10 - Sep 30 - Oct 27 - Oct 28 (4 weeks)
11 - Oct 28 - Nov 24 - Nov 25 (4 weeks)
12 - Nov 25 - Dec 31 - Jan 01 (5 weeks 3 days)

Is there any way to allow PRTG to schedule reports with custom date ranges like this? or is Manually running the report the only way?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, manually running the reports with these schedules is the only way. You can however create multiple schedules and apply them by need in the settings, before you run the report.

Best regards.

Hi there,

You can schedule the automatic report creation for the following times:

  • Every full hour
  • Every day at a specific hour
  • Every specific day of a week
  • Every specific day of a month
  • The day after a quarter has finished
  • Every specific date
    Best regards.
