Netflow V9 No Data

Hi,

We are using PRTG version 16.4.28.7352 x64 . After I've restarted our Cisco ASA 5515-X software version 9.4(4)17 , no data is showing to on the Netflow sensor.

I used the Netflow Tester but it shows up only Unassigned Flows. I've also doubled checked our ASA's Netflow configuration and it 's proper configured. Any idea what's causing the No data issue?

Hi Benjamin,

Yes, I've put 100 on the Netflow sensor sampling rate.

Yes, but what kind of traffic are you sampling? Have you given the ASA parameters for what kind, or told it to look at all traffic?

Can you open a ticket, and send a screenshot of the Netflow tester tool?
