Probe on failover node is disconnected

I've built a cluster between 2 servers. While the cluster is in fact connected, my probe on the failover node is "disconnected". Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi there,

We'll require log files from the master node as well as from the failover node. Log into the webinterface of the master node and forward a support bundle via the Setup | Contact Support menu. Wait until you receive the automatic reply via email and repeat the steps via the web interface of the failover node. Enter the case number which you received in the automatic reply for the second bundle. We'll then get back to you via email.

Best regards, Felix
