PRTG not storing Monitoring Database to the new directory.

I changed the data directory to a new directory using the guide below. However I found out that it is still saving the monitoring database and other files in the old directory(default directory). I followed the guide by saving all the existing files to the new directory and change the PRTG Administration tool to the new directory.

Hi deedee,

Could you provide me with a screenshot of the folders (new and old, incl. timestamps) and the PRTG Administration Tool's Server tab? Thanks!

Kind regards,

Hi Stephan,

Please see below. Just an additional info, the new directory is a network drive in which the PC and the account has read and right access.

Old (Default) Directory https://www.dropbox.com/s/bdd27yiketghl3z/Old%20%28Default%29%20Directory.jpg?dl=0

You might want to use the UNC notation here:
\\servername\sharename\path\to\folder
this usually works.
