Is there a way to setup dependencies. If I reboot a server that has several sensors, Ping. Disk network. I get an alert for every single sensor that is setup on a server. How can I manage this type of scenario where I only get an alert for ping down when I do maintenance on a server. Ideally if ping down don't alert for disk or network.

Hi!

Sure, this is possible with a Ping sensor and a dependency.

First, you need to add a Ping Sensor to your device which you want to pause monitoring when not reachable. In order to pause all sensors on a device when the Ping Sensor is in status "Down", please configure the Ping sensor as Master Object of the device. To do so please navigate to the Ping sensors "Settings" page and select "Master object for parent" as "Dependency Type".
