Probe Health Disconnected

Hello!

I just installed PRTG on a Win Server 2016 Hyper-V VM, and right from the start the Probe Health sensor gave me the error "Probe disconnected".

I'm new to this software so I'd like some help on this one, thanks.

Can you verify that the PRTG Probe service is running on the server PRTG is installed?

It wasn't, now it's running and the probe health sensor is back up! Thank you for your help.
