Sensor not working

Votes:

I have implemented heartbeat concept in two applications and added two custom performance counters(per application) in my PRTG application. One application is running fine and giving proper heartbeat count however second counter always failing with "The specified object is not found on the system. (Performance Counter error 0xC0000BB8)". I also checked heartbeat count with performance monitor for both the application and it is working fine. Note:- Both application is running on one pc.

Hello vikashsingh49,

Thank you very much for your contact.

The partial down sensor state means that at least one node reports this sensor as down. The probably best approach would be to contact us via e-mail to [email protected] and also submit a full-screen, non-cropped screenshot of the sensor's Overview, Log and Settings tab.
This is most likely necessary, because it improves the future way of analysis than over our knowledge base.

Thank you very much in advance.
