Hello there,

In order to find out if proper and compatible sFlow packets are arriving at the PRTG host (or host of the Remote Probe), please use our sFlow Tester: https://www.paessler.com/tools/Sflowtester

You need to pause the sFlow sensor so that sFlow Tester can listen on the port instead. Let it run for a few minutes, then send me a screenshot of what sFlow Tester is showing to [email protected], referencing this thread.

Thank you & kind regards,

Erhard

Have you paused the sFlow sensors that use the same port? Most likely the error message is about sFlow Tester not being able to bind the port. Otherwise please contact us by email ([email protected]) and include a screenshot of the error message.

Kind regards,

Erhard
