Network and Wireless Traffic Flatlined since updating Firewalls

Ever since I updated both my primary and secondary Palo Alto firewalls the network traffic is showing as flatlined for both wired and wireless traffic on both firewalls. Is there a way to reset the probes? Thanks for the guidance I'm new to PRTG.

Please forward us the following information for further analysis via mail ([email protected]):

  • the sensor settings of both affected sensors
  • the sensor overview page of both affected sensors
