Good afternoon,

I am in the process of changing the default reports to something that works more for our clients. We are attempting to change the email notification for the report delivery. We've modified the mailtemplates\mailreport.htm and mailtemplates\sendfromserver.htm. Test the changes produced emails that were the same as the stock ones. Is there is specific process that needs to be used in the modification process? It seems straightforward...

<#mailinclude file="/mailtemplates/header.htm">
    <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="<#mailstyle style=" @font @fontsize @boxsizing @tablebodywrap " varexpand="style ">">
        <tbody>
            <tr>
                <td class="content-block" style="<#mailstyle style=" @font @fontsize @boxsizing @tdcontenblock " varexpand="style ">" valign="top">
                    <h2><#lang key="mail.report.message1a" default="Managed Monitoring Service (MMS) Report"></h2>
                </td>
            </tr>
            <tr>
                <td class="content-block" style="<#mailstyle style=" @font @fontsize @boxsizing @tdcontenblock " varexpand="style ">" valign="top">
                    <#lang key="mail.report.message2" default="Please find the attached report @reportname that covers the availability and performance of your Information Technology infrastructure.">
                </td>
            </tr>
            <tr>
                <td class="content-block" style="<#mailstyle style=" @font @fontsize @boxsizing @tdcontenblock " varexpand="style ">" valign="top">
                    <#lang key="mail.report.message3a" default="Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.">
                </td>
            </tr>
            <tr>
                <td class="content-block" style="<#mailstyle style=" @font @fontsize @boxsizing @tdcontenblock " varexpand="style ">" valign="top">
                    <#mailinclude file="/mailtemplates/sendfromserver.htm">

Hi there,

Altering the "mailtemplates\mailreport.htm" file is correct. I just tested this on my side by adding a new table row and table data :

            <tr>
            	<td>Test</td>
            </tr>

This added a new line with the content "Test!" to the mail. Please note that this mail is only sent out when a report is sent out as PDF. This is not the "New Ticket - Report Finished" mail.

Best regards.
