Hello Lior,

Thank you for your KB-posting.

This error occurs if the importer needs an additional MIB file to complete the import. Based on the message, it should be this MIB-file.

Please download this MIB and save it in the very same folder. Does it work then?

If not, please forward us the MIB-file (and all related MIB files) in question for analysis.
Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,
Sven

Hey Lior,

the error-code 222 stand for SNMP error 222 SNMP_ERR_NOSUCHOBJECT. So, it seems that your device is not responding any data for the OIDs in the OIDLIB file.

In order to verify this, please use our SNMP Tester, run it on the PRTG Host (or host of the Remote Probe), and perform an Scan OIDLIB against the target device providing the exported OIDLIB-file as parameter.

Kindly configure the Device's IP/Port and SNMP Credentials accordingly and send us the resulting logfile (Save Log to File) from the tester afterwards.

The best way to do this is by opening a support ticket (using the ticket number PAE1052187) and forward the output-text-file as attachment.

Best regards,
Sven
