IP SLA Sensor - Latency not available in the charts

The SLA shadow router is measuring latency, Jitter, ICPIF, MOS and packet loss to a responder via UDP Jitter probes.

However the chart doesn't have the Latency and S->D and D->D jitter channels. How can i add these extra channels to the standard IP SLA sensor.
