Receive SNMPTrap SMS with the correct details

Current notification message was set as default [%sitename] %device %name %status %down (%message) with this configured i will not know the actual hostname which was rebooted or down sent by snmptrap sms.

What is the correct parameter used to capture the actual hostname/IP sent by snmptrap sms?

SNMP Traps cannot be sent via SMS; they're only available in mail based notifications, since they're just too long for a SMS. You'll need to use ping sensors in order to determine if the actual host is down or not.
