Lately newly added sensors are displayed as paused, unable to unpause

PRTG Network Monitor 18.2.41.1652 x64

When adding new devices or new sensors to a device, most sensors are displayed in the console ina "paused" state. They can not be un-paused. Within the setting of the device there is one dependency (ping) that is "green". Even removing the dependency does not allow me to un-pause the sensor. It's has been awhile since I had to add devices to PRTG so I can't say what version this abnormally began with.

Is it paused by dependency or paused by license? What license type are you using? :)

Answer was, I was actually out of sensor "licenses". So while the sensors were added to a device they are placed in the "unable to un-pause" state. For the time being I economized the use of sensors on some other devices to activate the sensors I needed. Will send request up flag pole to buy another pack of sensor licenses.

Hi Mark,

Just a quick note, sensors paused indefinitely don't count against your license :)
