Hello, everyone

etsysResourceCpu=1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1
etsysResourceCpuTable=1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1.1
etsysResourceCpuEntry=1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1.1.1
etsysResourceCpuId=1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1.1.1.1
etsysResourceCpuLoad5sec=1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1.1.1.2
etsysResourceCpuLoad1min=1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1.1.1.3
etsysResourceCpuLoad5min=1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1.1.1.4

But they have not worked.

Hello Grimaldo, we appreciate your contact.

We need to have a look at the SNMP results provided by your device to confirm that this data is available, for this we'll need you to download our latest SNMP Tester, run it on the PRTG Host (or host of the Remote Probe), and perform an "Walk" test against the target device providing the "1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.49.1.1" OID (without quotes) as parameter. Kindly configure the Device's IP/Port and SNMP Credentials accordingly.

The test could take several minutes to run and will become unresponsive during the query, this is normal. Please copy/paste the results from the Tester into your reply here on the KB.

Best Regards,
