Thank you for using our PRTG Network Monitor and contacting Paessler TechSupport.

I'd like to look into this with special debug files, which aren't part of the support bundle though.

The next time you'll get this error on the Probe Health Sensor, please go to "Setup"->"System Administration"->"Administrative Tools" in PRTG and run the function "Write Probe Status Files". The file(s) will be written into the "Logs (System)"-folder. Please send us the content of this folder from the respective (Remote) Probe running this sensor. To upload the Probe State files and the PRTG system logs to our FTP server, use the button "Send Logs to Paessler..." on the Tab "Logs and Infos" in the "PRTG Administration Tool" from the system of the probe on which this Probe Health Sensor is running on. This is important in case you are using Remote Probes.

And as a last step, to allow us a better overview of what is going on, please send us the following screenshots of the affected Probe Health Sensor (out of the PRTG AJAX Webinterface):
- the "Overview" tab,
- the "Log" tab,
- the "Settings" tab (multiple screenshots if necessary to cover all options).

Please make sure the screenshots show the entire user interface, and aren't cropped.
