Can I Install IIS and PRTG on same computer ( Win 2016 Server)

The installation of IIS failed. ( No error log )

PRTG was installed earlier. ( A few month ago )

But now I have to install WSUS including IIS.

Is this possible on same machine ? ( Port 80 ??? )

It is possible, but we strongly advise you not to do so. IIS can interfere with the PRTG webserver.

That are bad news.

Could you please nevertheless describe how to proceed, because we have only one machine available, where we can run PRTG and WSUS at same time.

As soon as you install IIS, it's most likely going to take over ports 80, 8080, 443, and 8443. So you will have to change that as soon as you install it, or put PRTG on a different port all together.

After that you're really at the whim of Microsoft and any patches they push to WSUS or IIS that may interfere with PRTG. This is why we don't recommend it, as it's hard to guess how things will change in the future.
