Integration for installations

Dear Tech Team, we are using large installation of PRTG in our company consist of 3 Probes and more than 9.5 K sensors , as we've faced some difficulties due to the amount of sensors and consideration of high rate of calculation as a result of the issues we wanted to switch probes into separated installations and also your tech team suggested to use enterprise console to view all the sensors and maps in an integrated app. but the main problem is we cannot create a sensor factory and aggregate sensors of different installations , we cannot have a unique dashboard using your amazing sunburst map objects with all of our installations. what is your suggestion to solve this problem? all we want is a true integration between separate installations.

Hi there!

A solution to the load problem depends very much on your current configuration. Moving sensors to multiple remote probes helps already in most cases, but again - this depends heavily on the configuration of your PRTG instance.

I am afraid you are right, it's not possible to create a "Sensor Factory" sensor and aggregate sensors across different installations - there is no solution for a true integration of separate installations at the moment.

Could you please forward us a Support Bundle for further analysis of the load problem? This can be done via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface. Please enter this ticket's case number (PA1069362) when submitting the Bundle.

Thank you!
