What is the PRTG Special Edition license?

The user manual mentions a "Special Edition" (formerly "Starter Edition") which will upgrade the Free Edition, but I can't find any place to download the key on the website.

The PRTG Special Edition

Please note: The PRTG Special Edition is currently not available, because we released the PRTG version for 100 sensors as a freeware!

Try it out: 100 sensors for free, forever!

The PRTG Special Edition

Using a Special Edition (formerly called "Starter Edition") license key, you can extend the number of sensors of your PRTG Network Monitor Freeware installation. This key is not for download. We only use it for special marketing campaigns.
