Unable to monitor Swyx Client

We imported the original swyx ( ipPbx.mib ) file into Paessler MIB Importer V3, saved it as swyx.oidlib and moved it to the correct paessler directory.

After creating a new SNMP custom sensor we dont get any response from the phone server: NO RESPONSE ( check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP Version, passwords etc) SNMP-Error #-2003

Snmp is enabled on the Server, we already tested it with the SNMP-Tester and get a response at the uptime check.

When testing different OIDs in the SNMP-Tester we get the following result: No such object (SNMP error # 222)

What can we do?

oid snmp swyx

Is it possible that the MIB doesn't apply to the Swyx version installed? What response do you get for the uptime scan?

Hm okay. Looks fine. Could you provide me with a screenshot of the SNMP configuration section in Swyx? Please blur critical information accordingly.

There is no explicit SNMP configuration in Swyx. It is just necessary to activate the Windows SNMP-Service on the Server.

Here is the Manual entry:

Hm, if it should work after the installation of Swyx (and if SNMP was already active), was the SNMP service restarted already?

We are not really sure what was the actual problem. After activateing SNMP V1 we got the first results and tried different OIDs afterwards.
