Alarm on absolut values (MultiEdit)

Hi,

in the sensor Disk Free we would disable the Percentage Limit Check, we only need the Size Limit Check. How can we configure this global or with multiedit? Is this possible?

Kind regards Fabio

Hi Fabio,

I am afraid to tell you that it's not possible to change this setting after the sensor creation. Though PRTG has a multi-edit feature, you cannot set the primary channel this way.

In order to get the remaining Free (G)Bytes "View" please set the channel "Free Bytes" as the primary channel. Please configure this setting by clicking on the little pin symbol of the channel.

In order to have this setting applied when adding a new sensor, the only way is by using device templates.

When creating a device template, PRTG will save information for nearly all sensors on this device to a template file that you can later use in combination with Auto-Discovery. Please see the following link for more information about it: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/create_device_template

Thank you for your understanding.
