I had download MIB file from Fortigate firewall and import it to "Paessler MIB Importer" and successful put the OIDLib file to PRTG snmplibs folder. But when I add SNMP Library on PRTG, I've below error.

####################################################################

Sorry, the scan for available monitoring items has failed! Could not create the sensor SNMP Library on device FortiGate 100e (LG3) (192.168.101.254).

Error connecting device. Check IP,Port,Community! Please check the following resources: How do SNMP, MIBs and OIDs work? Knowledge Base: How do SNMP, MIBs and OIDs work? Knowledge Base: How can I import my MIB files into PRTG? Knowledge Base: Can't find a sensor for my device in PRTG but I believe it supports SNMP. How to proceed? For a general introduction to the technology behind SNMP, please see the manual section Monitoring via SNMP. ####################################################################

Hi bruce,

Please use our SNMP Tester (https://www.paessler.com/tools/snmptester), run it on the PRTG Host (or host of the Remote Probe), and perform a "Scan OIDlib", with the OIDlib File you have created, against the target device.
Which results do you get in the Tester? Please send us the result logfile from the Tester.

Best regards.
