fujitsu eternus AF250 storage

hello, we have a new storage system: fujitsu eternus AF250 The problem is we can't monitor our fujitsu through prtg. PRTG doesn't have default sensors for the Fujitsu AF250 like the Netapp Storage has. Also the MIB's from the fujitsu can't be imported into PRTG. Does anyone have the problems? Or knows how we can alternatively monitor our Fujitsu storage? Regards Tim

Hi there,

Some MIB files contain a large number of counters, this is why the library sometimes get stuck due to the meta scan. Please open the MIB Importer Tool and import the MIB files again. Click on File > Enable Partial Selection and choose the OIDs of your interest. We recommend to not exceed 200 counter for each library. You can see the number of total selected counters at the bottom of the tool.

Best regards, Felix

Hi Tim,

Do you receive any error message while trying to import the Fujitsu MIB files? If so, what does it say?

Best regards, Felix

When importing the MIB through the snmp library sensor it keeps saying "preparing sensor settings". It stays there for hours. No error message appears.
