Sensors Not Working From Failover PRTG Server

Support:

All Sensors were working successfully on the primary and failover prtg servers prior to a Window update performed on 3 host servers in a Microsoft Hyper-V environment The PRTG server, is a physical server, (not in the failover cluster that was updated) and the failover is a VM located via a WAN connection in a different location, and not involved in the Hyper-V environment that received the Windows updates) After the Windows update, the failover prtg server located via WAN didn't see some of the sensors. Then after a period of time, some of them came back. Then, I rebooted the failover server this morning, some additional sensors came back from the failover server, but not all of them. Any thoughts?

thanks,

Todd
